Email Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, initiate, and oversee customer email acquisition, nurturing/retention, and win-back sequences, along with campaign extensions and monthly email initiatives.

• Create and execute automated workflows within ActiveCampaign.

• Oversee and enhance the ActiveCampaign CRM (Deals module), which includes setting up and maintaining the pipeline.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams on campaign strategy, testing, optimization, segmentation, and targeting.

• Track and report on campaign performance metrics (such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability) while continuously optimizing for better results.

• Ensure adherence to email deliverability best practices and compliance standards.

• Keep contact lists clean, organized, and well-segmented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing email marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

• Significant hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, including automation, CRM/Deals, and segmentation.

• Proven experience in constructing and optimizing email nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns.

• An analytical mindset with the capability to interpret campaign performance data effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with health, SaaS, or startup environments.

• Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

• Basic understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
