Email and SMS Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact and relationship manager for designated client accounts

• Oversee the entire email production process from start to finish

• Manage the strategy for Email and SMS accounts

• Implement and assess email reporting, providing insights and recommendations

• Work alongside the creative team to identify market trends

• Keep up-to-date with the latest best practices in email and SMS marketing

⛳️ Requirements

• Preference for a bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of two years of experience in email marketing

• At least one year of experience in managing Email and SMS accounts and offering strategic direction

• Practical experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive

• Experience in client relationship management

• Strong communication and analytical abilities
