ELO ECM Specialist, Projektmanager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Technical responsibility for our ELO ECM platform: administration, operation, and ongoing development of our ELO environment.

• Project work within the ECM field: planning and implementation of projects for the introduction and enhancement of ECM solutions as well as the digitization of document-based business processes.

• Workflow and structure design: conceptualization, optimization, and maintenance of file structures, workflows, and authorization concepts.

• System integration: technical connection of the ECM system to ERP, EDI, and other specialized applications.

• Database and interface support: assistance with database queries (e.g., SQL) and ensuring stable data flows between systems.

• Governance & compliance: implementation and assurance of archiving, data protection, and compliance requirements (e.g., GoBD, DSGVO).

• Stable system operation: ensuring performant system operations, including 2nd/3rd level support.

• Cross-system collaboration: active participation in IT projects with interfaces to ERP, EDI, and other business applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.

• Profound knowledge in handling ECM/DMS systems, ideally ELO ECM.

• Experience in the administration of ECM systems as well as in the configuration of workflows and authorization concepts.

• Good knowledge of MSSQL and experience with SQL queries and data analysis.

• Understanding of system integrations and interfaces (e.g., ERP, EDI, specialized systems).

• Experience in the analysis and digitization of document-based business processes.

• Structured and independent working style with high technical problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to mediate between IT and business areas.

• Openness to cross-system project work in the areas of ERP, EDI, and other business applications.

• Very good German and good English language skills.
