Eligibility Process Associate – PA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Confirm patients' insurance eligibility and benefits.

• Assess insurance coverage, copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and authorization requirements.

• Reach out to insurance payers to verify eligibility and benefit information.

• Precisely record eligibility details in internal systems.

• Keep accurate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) records.

• Work collaboratively with the Billing, Front Desk, and Credentialing teams.

• Detect discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.

• Achieve productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks while ensuring adherence to company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (preferred).

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and associated applications.

• Stable internet connection and a designated remote workspace.

• Background in insurance eligibility verification, medical billing, or Revenue Cycle Management.

• Familiarity with healthcare systems, EHRs, or insurance payer portals.
