Elementary Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish strong daily connections that inspire students, ensuring they feel acknowledged and motivated, transforming potential drop-offs into significant achievements through empathetic and proactive outreach.

• Steer learners through the curriculum with enthusiasm and clarity, reinforcing essential concepts and aiding them in mastering the material.

• Assess engagement and progress with meticulous attention; identify students who are struggling or disengaged early and implement timely, personalized interventions to rekindle their momentum.

• Provide prompt grading and impactful, meaningful feedback that supports learning, acknowledges growth, enhances self-efficacy, and prepares students to tackle challenges with confidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field (required)

• Teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program (required)

• Capability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states (required)

• Over 3 years of teaching experience (preferred)

• More than 2 years of online teaching experience (preferred)

• Ability to successfully pass required background checks (required).
