This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains both hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts routine inspections, cleaning, and additional services, as well as performing minor repairs on products within a designated area.

• Evaluates products to ensure proper functionality, addressing any identified issues or escalating them in accordance with established protocols.

• Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to guarantee their satisfaction with the service and comprehension of product operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a comparable mix of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the requirements of DN's fleet policy.
