Electromagnetic Warfare Operations Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational expertise in electromagnetic warfare (EW) to support the development, testing, and evaluation of advanced training systems.

• Aid engineering, training, and program teams by converting operational needs into realistic training scenarios, test protocols, and performance evaluations.

• Act as the operational liaison between technical developers and military end users.

• Assess operational requirements and establish measurable performance goals.

• Create and implement test protocols that facilitate system verification and user evaluations.

• Design realistic training scenarios that reflect current and evolving threat tactics.

• Offer operational insights throughout system development and integration processes.

• Participate in crafting test plans, demonstration strategies, operational assessments, and technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Honorable military service experience.

• At least 8 years of operational military experience.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following domains: Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Tactical Communications, Information Operations, Spectrum Management, Electronic Attack/Electronic Protection, Radio Frequency systems.

• Experience in military exercises, evaluations, or operational testing.

• Capability to translate operational concepts into written procedures and documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel for demonstrations, tests, and training events.
