Electrical Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for activities associated with construction, building, and commissioning at the customer site, starting from site mobilization to civil, erection, and commissioning tasks, along with management duties related to this scope.

• Directs the site team and oversees the execution of the project scope of work.

• Guarantees that schedule, quality, and cost adhere to contractual obligations, company policies, and local regulations.

• Utilizes judgment to make decisions or address moderately complex issues or challenges in areas such as operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

• Serves as a resource for colleagues who have less experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of experience in an electrical discipline).

• At least 3 years of extensive experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning, with a profound understanding of electrical design.

• Experience in Site Safety and OSHA regulations.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Proven ability to lead programs and projects successfully.

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Well-established project management skills.
