This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for activities related to construction, building, and commissioning at the customer's site.
• This technical site execution role supports the Site Manager in carrying out hands-on substation erection, electrical installation, testing, commissioning assistance, and other related site tasks during the ITO and/or OTR phases.
• May oversee site activities or smaller projects with virtual guidance from the Site Manager.
• Ensures adherence to schedule, quality, and cost in alignment with contractual commitments, company policies, and local regulations.
• Develops specialized knowledge within their field of expertise.
• Acts as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.
• Maintains awareness of the latest technical advancements in their area.
• Contributes to strategy and policy formulation, ensuring effective delivery within their scope of responsibility.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of best practices and understands how their area integrates with others.
• Utilizes judgment to make decisions or tackle moderately complex tasks or challenges in operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
• Adopts new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Employs technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
• Serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Significant experience in electrical construction, substation erection, site execution, commissioning activities, and/or site leadership for positions outside of the USA.
• Knowledge level equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• For roles based in the USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading programs/projects.
• Skilled in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established project management expertise.
• Knowledgeable in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and substation construction practices.
• Familiarity with applicable electrical safety standards and field execution requirements.
