Electrical Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Design, test, troubleshoot, and enhance electronic automation and control systems.

• Improve production quality, efficiency, and output.

• Assist in formulating the functional strategy.

• Create and specify control system applications for various machines and equipment utilizing different technologies or platforms.

• Review control system schematics and specifications.

• Employ software and testing tools to identify and rectify system issues.

• Offer expert guidance and thought leadership in the industry.

• Lead and mentor team members while contributing to strategic initiatives.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• At least six years of relevant work experience.

• Extensive knowledge in electrical engineering along with a broad understanding of other related disciplines.

• Proven experience in developing and defining control system applications for machinery and equipment.

• Proficient in reviewing control system schematics and specifications.

• Skilled in using software and testing tools to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions.

• Capable of working independently with minimal guidance and conducting further research to identify issues or challenges.
