Graduate Engineer – Electrical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop SCADA point lists, RTU programs, HMIs, communication diagrams, panel elevations, bills of materials, port connection diagrams, and fiber patch panel designs while working under the guidance of a lead engineer.

• Execute on-site commissioning tasks.

• Offer on-site or remote troubleshooting assistance for SCADA projects under the supervision of the lead engineer.

• Create comprehensive, accurate plans, specifications, and observation reports that adhere to sound engineering practices.

• Utilize current standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria for engineering assignments.

• Implement efficiency engineering principles in design choices.

• Suggest modifications to development and design processes to enhance quality.

• Compile reports and correspondence related to the assigned project direction.

• Engage and communicate with clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (or equivalent) is required.

• Coursework in electrical power systems is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam or the ability to achieve this within one year of hire.

• Engineering internship experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

• Experience with Copilot/GenAI prompting.

• Capability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.

• Willingness to travel 15–20% of the time, which may vary based on project needs.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet company driving criteria.

• Must possess permanent authorization to work in the U.S.

• A positive, collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
