Electrical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist junior engineers and clients in the domain of power systems and arc flash analysis in a technical capacity.

• Possess expert-level knowledge in power system studies, including arc flash evaluations, IEEE 1584, and NFPA 70E.

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in EasyPower, SKM, and ETAP software.

• Assess all complexities of models and reports for precision (covering both one lines and various scenarios).

• Occasionally aid in the development of models or reports.

• Comprehend industrial and commercial power settings to offer technical assistance to clients, engineers, and sales teams.

• Deliver practical applications and solutions derived from expert knowledge to our clients.

• Provide assistance during non-standard hours for urgent inquiries and customer support (typically Tuesday to Thursday).

• Hold or acquire a PE license within six months.

• Maintain frequent and clear communication with team members, especially regarding on-site support for colleagues.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass federal background checks.

• Must be efficient, capable of prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively.

• Must have a strong attention to detail.

• Must possess analytical skills—capable of structuring and processing both qualitative and quantitative data to draw insightful conclusions.

• Must exhibit a probing mindset and achieve in-depth insights.

• Must be persistent.

• Must be proactive in approach.

• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Must be able to achieve fluency in SKM, ETAP, and EasyPower within 12 months.

• Have or obtain a PE license within 6 months.

• Frequent and clear communication between team members, particularly as it relates to supporting team members on site.
