Electrical Design Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Developing and designing power distribution, security, and life support systems, along with standby generators and UPS systems.

• Conducting calculations and preparing technical documentation.

• Ensuring design precision through advanced BIM and electrical engineering tools.

• Working collaboratively with other disciplines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Contributing throughout the entire project lifecycle, from schematic design to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.

• Demonstrated experience as an electrical engineer.

• Proficient in written and spoken English at a B1 level or higher.

• Background in electrical design for industrial, residential, and commercial sectors, covering medium and low voltage distribution, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection.

• Familiarity with various electrical modeling software.

• Practical experience with tools and software such as Revit Autodesk, AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM Power tools, and Dialux.

• Experience working on projects within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Extensive knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.

• Comprehension of electrical engineering codes and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively while adhering to project deadlines.

• Self-motivated individuals who are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.

• Ability to convey technical knowledge clearly and understandably.

• Strong communication skills.
