• Create, implement, and sustain search solutions utilizing ElasticSearch.

• Enhance search performance, scalability, and relevance across various datasets.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into effective search strategies.

• Develop and oversee indexing pipelines, crawling mechanisms, and data transformation workflows.

• Monitor and diagnose search infrastructure to guarantee reliability and low latency.

• Keep abreast of emerging search technologies and best practices to foster continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of practical experience with ElasticSearch in production settings.

• Practical experience with AI Agents, Elastic Agent Builders, and RAG in ElasticSearch.

• Strong knowledge of search algorithms, relevancy tuning, and query optimization.

• Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

• Experience with data indexing, crawling, and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting.
