Elastic Security Engineer – SIEM, Active TS Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, secure, maintain, enhance, and document a variety of Elastic Stack enterprise solutions deployed worldwide within a Federal DoD environment.

• Automate deployment and configuration processes utilizing Ansible playbooks.

• Execute ongoing data normalization tasks across varied data sources.

• Create data pipelines and automate reporting to effectively support both internal engineering teams and external customer needs.

• Produce written technical documents, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows, to optimize tool utilization and contribute to the development of new capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active Top Secret security clearance.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Compliance with DoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level II certification is required prior to the start date.

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in deployment, configuration, and solution development using the Elastic Stack for security and logging applications (experience with Elastic SIEM is a plus).

• Proven experience with the complete Elastic Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, Machine Learning, and REST API integration.

• Demonstrated capability to utilize Ansible playbooks effectively.
