• Complete responsibility for the EiPaaS application (Bridgegate) and its operational environment.
• Ensure the precise, timely, and compliant processing of 834 electronic files, provider files, and other items managed through the EiPaaS/Bridgegate application.
• Maintain comprehensive oversight of all workflows associated with Bridgegate across the enterprise.
• Accountable for the administration, configuration, monitoring, and support of the organization’s EiPaaS/Bridgegate environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate electronic data exchange, with primary responsibility for processing 834 electronic files.
• Act as the operational subject matter expert for electronic file integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot all processes and workflows related to EiPaaS/Bridgegate.
• Associate’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, EDI processing, healthcare enrollment, or managing systems workflows.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with 834 electronic files and a solid understanding of EDI file structures.
• Experience utilizing Bridgegate or a similar integration or data workflow platform.
• Proven experience in monitoring automated workflows and resolving production-related issues.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to interpret data mappings and validate output files.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis tools.
