EHR Supervisor – Beaker Install Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Train and inspire teams of Epic analysts.

• Oversee projects, provide feedback, and manage performance.

• Create efficient workflows and foster important relationships.

• Ensure a systematic onboarding process for new staff.

• Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance objectives.

• Innovate new features and workflows for upcoming functionalities.

• Assist with off-site software installations.

• Address and resolve issues in communication with team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science) or a combination of higher education and 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Epic Beaker Analyst, with 1 year of supervisory experience strongly preferred.

• Extensive experience with Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• Required certification in Epic CP Beaker.

• Background in lab operations is desirable.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication abilities – capable of interacting with both application and technical teams, as well as end users.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong emphasis on data-informed decision making.
