This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the EHR Service Line implementation framework, which encompasses standardized workflows, governance, and deployment strategies.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of EHR implementation activities including readiness assessment, site activation, cutover planning, hypercare, training coordination, validation, and transition to operational status.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams—technical, clinical, integration, PMO, training, and cybersecurity—to ensure cohesive, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with federal customers (IHS, HHS, VA, DoW) and technology partners to ensure program alignment, stakeholder engagement, and effective execution.
• Supervise risk, issue, and dependency management across a range of deployments.
• Establish and report on implementation metrics, assess readiness, and ensure compliance with gating criteria.
• Ensure all implementations conform to federal standards, including RMF, NIST, ATO pathways, and specific contractual obligations.
• Support resource planning, workforce scaling, and operational coordination within the EHR Service Line.
• Bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of experience leading EHR implementation initiatives within federal environments (IHS, VA/DoW, HHS, CMS, or similar).
• Proven experience managing extensive, multi-site deployments that encompass both technical and clinical workflows.
• Strong familiarity with EHR platforms (Oracle Health/Cerner preferred; Epic or RPMS modernization experience is also valued).
• Demonstrated capability to engage senior federal stakeholders and navigate complex federal contracting landscapes.
• Expertise in federal IT standards, including RMF, NIST SP 800‑53, data security, and ATO requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
