This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Training Delivery - Facilitates both informal and formal learning solutions in an engaging and effective manner.
• Prepares adequately for the delivery of training sessions.
• Utilizes various learning methodologies for the delivery of training.
• Promotes participation and fosters learner motivation.
• Provides constructive feedback and escalates issues to leadership as necessary.
• Observes and mentors other educators and adjunct trainers to ensure successful learning outcomes.
• Manage Learning Programs & Evaluate Learning Impact - Focuses on prioritizing and implementing training projects and activities while using learning metrics and analytics to assess impact.
• Manages and executes projects and action plans effectively.
• Collaborates with leadership, program sponsors, and other resources.
• Identifies and meets customer expectations.
• Analyzes and interprets evaluation data for insights.
• Provides recommendations to support decision-making regarding curriculum.
• Develops and maintains the Curriculum Plan.
• Instructional Design - Creates and develops both informal and formal learning solutions employing diverse methods.
• Conducts thorough needs assessments.
• Applies learning theories and identifies suitable learning approaches in collaboration with the design team.
• Designs and produces instructional materials.
• Coordinate Training/Onboarding Activities - Aids in the onboarding process for new teammates and adjunct trainers.
• Reviews new hire lists and organizes onboarding and learning advisor activities.
• Updates reporting dashboards, calendars, new hire lists, and teammate trackers for their designated areas of responsibility.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or a related field – Preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry – Preferred.
• Proven experience in utilizing adult learning theories and methodologies to design and deliver training – Required.
• Highly effective facilitator/trainer – Required.
• Strong planning and time management abilities – Required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook – Required.
• Capable of independent problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to exercise sound judgment – Required.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint – Required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – Required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills – Required.
