This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take charge of the complete relationship with designated instructors throughout their collaboration with ELVTR.
• Establish robust, trust-based connections by comprehending instructor motivations, limitations, and preferred communication styles.
• Anticipate and address potential issues proactively to prevent any impact on course delivery or instructor satisfaction.
• Handle all instructor-related escalations, including scheduling modifications, concerns regarding course structure, questions about compensation, and risks related to delivery.
• Observe instructor engagement and identify early indicators of disengagement or possible dropout.
• Cultivate and sustain a strong external network of industry authorities within relevant subject areas, which includes attending virtual events and monitoring key market voices.
• Evaluate course landing pages, sales materials, and promotional content to ensure consistency with the instructor’s expertise and positioning.
• Monitor course performance and offer structured feedback to sales and internal teams to address any gaps in messaging or understanding of the product.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with senior professionals, executives, or subject-matter experts in professional services, talent management, media, education, or similar fields.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities with the capacity to influence without formal authority.
• Proven capability to proactively identify risks and navigate complex stakeholder situations.
• Comfortable working across various time zones within a fully remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple high-touch relationships concurrently.

• Experience in EdTech, online learning, or course production environments.
• Background in account management, talent coordination, or client services within high-touch professional services environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Coda, along with CRM or talent management systems.
• Experience in building and maintaining professional talent pipelines, speaker networks, or instructor communities.
