This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive relationship with designated instructors throughout their journey with ELVTR.
• Foster robust, trust-based connections by comprehending instructor motivations, limitations, and preferred communication methods.
• Anticipate and address potential challenges proactively to prevent any negative impact on course delivery or instructor satisfaction.
• Handle all escalations related to instructors, encompassing scheduling modifications, concerns about course structure, compensation inquiries, and delivery risks.
• Observe instructor engagement levels and identify early indicators of disengagement or possible dropout.
• Cultivate and sustain a strong network of external industry experts in relevant subject areas, including attending virtual events and monitoring key figures in the market.
• Evaluate course landing pages, sales materials, and promotional content to ensure consistency with the instructor’s expertise and positioning.
• Monitor course performance and deliver structured feedback to sales and internal teams to bridge gaps in messaging or product comprehension.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with senior professionals, executives, or subject-matter experts in fields such as professional services, talent management, media, education, or similar industries.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities with the capacity to influence without formal authority.
• Proven track record of proactively identifying risks and adeptly managing complex stakeholder scenarios.
• Comfortable working across various time zones in a completely remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple high-touch relationships concurrently.

• Experience in EdTech, online learning, or environments related to course production.
• Background in account management, talent coordination, or client services within high-touch, professional services environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Coda, as well as CRM or talent management systems.
• Experience in developing and maintaining professional talent pipelines, speaker networks, or instructor communities.
