This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist clients in achieving organizational effectiveness.
• Enhance student outcomes.
• Integrate new technologies and align resources and investments for long-term sustainability.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff on the engagement team.
• Act as a direct liaison between the client and the Huron team.
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience with Academic Medical Centers.
• Background in human resources within an Academic Medical Center.
• Familiarity with administrative support services, faculty compensation, and fund flow.
• Exceptional communication skills—both oral and written—along with strong interpersonal abilities to quickly build trust and collaboration.
• Capability to contribute to the professional growth of Huron staff in both project management and technical areas.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
• Strong analytical skills to convert information from meetings into documentation suitable for sharing with meeting participants and project teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% annually.
