This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of local education marketing initiatives, from the initial briefing to rollout and performance evaluation.
• Create insightful campaign briefs and well-structured execution strategies.
• Manage campaign materials across internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Implement multi-channel campaigns utilizing email, social media, influencers, paid advertising, and in-product platforms.
• Adapt global messaging into culturally relevant narratives tailored for Indonesian education audiences.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, linking campaign activities to engagement, student involvement, and Education Monthly Active Users (MAU) contribution.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuously improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with Education Sales, Community, Product Marketing, and other Marketing teams.
• Assist in expanding Canva’s impactful classroom usage across K–12 and Higher Education sectors in Indonesia.
• Partner with the Ministry of Education, local educational stakeholders, community leaders, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in the Indonesian education sector, particularly in K–12.
• Understanding of how teachers and students utilize digital tools within real classroom environments.
• Familiarity with school calendars, assessment cycles, and institutional contexts.
• Proven experience in executing end-to-end campaigns aimed at teachers and/or students.
• Capability to convert insights into campaign briefs, manage launches, report outcomes, and make iterative improvements.
• Proficiency in adapting global concepts into culturally relevant narratives for Indonesian education audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including briefing and presenting campaign results.
• Experience in activating and engaging educational communities through email, social media, influencer partnerships, and in-product messaging.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on impact, linking reach and engagement to activation, usage behavior, and MAU contributions.
• Strong organizational and operational capabilities, including timeline management, dependency tracking, and risk assessment.
• Growth-oriented mindset, ownership mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and accountability for results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
