This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Formulate and execute a yearly educational strategy that aligns with the sales and marketing goals of the Americas and the overarching brand priorities.
• Design and oversee a diverse range of training materials, which include videos, digital learning tools, printed resources, and live training manuals.
• Create and deliver training content for key accounts, encompassing brand narratives, product insights, launch details, and sales tactics.
• Assist in onboarding new hires through brand education and in-store activation training.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Retail Education Management to develop product knowledge content and training videos.
• Work alongside Key Account Directors and the Field Team to ensure customized and seamless execution of education and events tailored to each location.
• Organize significant account education events and corporate gatherings, such as FLC, Sephora, and brand events.
• Oversee the distribution of samples and promotional products to the Sales and Education Specialist Team.
• Manage both virtual and in-person learning platforms, which includes registration, content delivery, and participant engagement.
• Guarantee consistent messaging and impactful storytelling to enhance brand equity through collaboration with marketing, global education, and creative teams.
• Plan and facilitate key account events, including portal entries, collateral management, GWP receipts, and execution.
• Coordinate logistics between field personnel and key accounts, which includes obtaining approvals, planning, and ordering tools.
• Develop collateral materials and ensure events remain trend-focused, strategizing with sales, marketing, and international teams on planning retail events to bolster sales growth while managing the programs comprehensively.
• Collaborate closely with other beauty divisions to support alternative channels as necessary.
• Curate retailer-specific events that align with brand and consumer priorities, driving robust sales and achieving store-level ROI.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with retail partners to devise a customized plan of action that adheres to their event guidelines and key retail activations.
• Budget and oversee event assets and collateral, ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Build and nurture relationships with retail partners across education and events.
• Act as the primary contact for event inquiries and support for educational programs.
• Ensure a superior experience for all participants through exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to education and events.
• Prepare evaluations post-event and program to inform future enhancements.
• Maintain precise records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Observe competitive activities and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Recruit, onboard, and train direct reports supporting Education and Events.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in educational programming and/or event management.
• Strong comprehension of the hair category and the prestige beauty landscape.
• Experience with Ulta and Sephora is required.
• This position necessitates reliable transportation for travel to various store locations; a valid driver’s license may be required based on region.
• Bilingual capabilities in English/Spanish/French are preferred.
• A licensed and experienced Hairstylist/Cosmetologist is preferred.
