This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• AI-Enhanced Content Generation: Create top-notch, AI-assisted content that attracts organic traffic. You will serve as a high-volume prompt engineer, generating, verifying, and refining up to 20 articles daily using platforms such as Claude.
• AEO & SEO Optimization: Ensure that the content is tailored not only for Google (SEO) but also for AI Engines (AEO) to effectively position our client in front of the appropriate audience.
• Outbound Sales Initiatives: Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and engage potential clients within the education sector.
• Lead Pipeline Management: Assess inbound and outbound leads, collect relevant information, and pass on sales-ready opportunities to senior team members.
• Adaptability & Scalability: Be prepared to take on additional tasks as needed. This is a startup, and the responsibilities outlined above may expand.
• Advantage from Education Experience: Familiarity with the education sector; you comprehend the workings of tutoring businesses, schools, or edtech companies. (Former educators and tutors are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent English with outstanding written communication abilities is essential. The effectiveness of this role hinges on the quality of the content you produce.
• Confident Outreach Skills: Comfortable with outbound sales activities. Cold outreach does not deter you; you recognize it as a skill rather than a personality attribute.
