This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform online evaluations to confirm the accuracy and coherence of test booklet content.
• Review materials to ensure they meet established style and publishing standards, including Chicago, AP, and APA style guidelines.
• Verify compliance with State Department of Education publishing standards.
• Adhere to client-specific style guidelines.
• A Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of proofreading or quality control experience within a professional setting.
• Outstanding command of the English language, with strong listening, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and proofreading requests under tight daily deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience with the “Track Changes” feature.
