eDiscovery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the complete lifecycle of eDiscovery requests, encompassing identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to facilitate prompt and precise responses to litigation and investigation inquiries.

• Offer Tier 2 Remote Support for Purview eDiscovery requests.

• Organize Tier 3 Support as necessary.

• Employ Microsoft Purview eDiscovery to assist with eDiscovery search requests.

• Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and guarantee data integrity throughout the eDiscovery workflow.

• Create and uphold standard operating procedures and documentation pertaining to eDiscovery processes.

• Provide technical direction and training to stakeholders on eDiscovery best practices.

• Oversee and ensure compliance with federal regulations, DoD policies, and organizational standards.

• Compile reports and metrics regarding eDiscovery activities and outcomes.

• Engage in audits and assessments related to data management and legal compliance.

• Uphold confidentiality and comply with data protection and security protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (mandatory).

• Bachelor's Degree in a field related to eDiscovery and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or related legal/IT support positions.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Purview or Microsoft eDiscovery tools.

• Knowledge of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) framework.

• Solid understanding of federal and DoD regulations regarding data handling and privacy.

• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem.

• Successfully completed the Microsoft SC-400 exam for Microsoft Information Protection, or the ability to pass the exam within six months.
