This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Supervise the accurate and efficient exchange of data with external partners while ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Administer the EDI ticket process and act as the main point of contact for configuration and process-related inquiries.
• Set up and test ANSI 834 files, collect carrier requirements, and deliver ongoing support for file integrations and data reconciliation.
• Oversee integrated carrier files, payroll vendor APIs, and assist with renewal and open enrollment activities.
• Manage the shared EDI inbox, generate and assign tickets, maintain project documentation, and oversee select broker relationships.
• Lead a team while handling an individual caseload, aiding in workload distribution, coaching, conducting performance reviews, and fostering team-building initiatives.
• Facilitate daily scrum meetings and act as the first point of escalation for urgent matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated experience in ANSI 834 file testing and implementation is required.
• In-depth knowledge of the health insurance sector and its core products, including medical, dental, and vision, is required.
• Experience with Employee Navigator or similar enrollment management systems is required.
• Capability to manage a high volume of emails, handle competing priorities, and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment is required.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, project management, and Microsoft Office skills.
