EDI Specialist – Pricing, Rebates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee EDI implementations and enhancements.

• Assist with new EDI implementations and expansion initiatives across operating companies.

• Manage the entire EDI lifecycle, which includes requirements gathering, partner onboarding, testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues.

• Investigate and fix transaction-related challenges, especially within ANSI X12 transaction sets like 844, 849, and 845.

• Examine transaction flows, mappings, acknowledgements, and business rules to determine root causes and implement corrective measures.

• Provide training and support to end users.

• Offer training and guidance to operating company teams on EDI processes, monitoring, and best practices.

• Facilitate the adoption of standard processes and tools throughout the organization.

• Promote continuous improvement.

• Assess workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and suggest process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting EDI systems or similar EDI-focused roles.

• Proficiency in working with ANSI X12 transactions and EDI standards.

• Knowledge of transaction sets such as 844, 849, and 845.

• Familiarity with ERP systems that support pricing, rebate, or related business processes.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
