This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical analysis and support to both internal and external customers regarding EDI-related challenges, which encompass enrollment, claims, payments, and clearinghouse operations.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage process enhancements for EDI implementations.
• Engage in the design and evaluation of new applications and strategies for EDI systems integration.
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve various issues.
• Address EDI inquiries from providers and internal departments.
• Partner with third-party vendors, clearinghouses, and payers to resolve operational and transactional challenges.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors to deliver client solutions.
• Provide training to clients and support the presales team with product feature demonstrations.
• Keep precise records and files, track documents, follow up, and inform clients of upcoming deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve client-related issues.
• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancement initiatives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities that support the overall objectives of the position.
• Bachelor's degree, or any combination of education and experience that meets the necessary qualifications.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in software implementation or project management.
• At least 1 year of experience using NextGen PM or a comparable practice management software solution.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Familiarity with claims processing.
• Experience in product training.
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols, ISPs, internet security, and EDI standards.
• Understanding of various products and their multiple levels of benefits.
• Competence with PCs and Windows-based environments.
• Technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, research capabilities, analytical thinking, communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to utilize tools and resources to ensure functions are efficient, accurate, and timely.
• Skill in navigating a computer while on the phone.
• Ability to read and interpret X12 raw data files.
• Proficiency in using multiple online portals.
• Capability to work remotely in Georgia.
