This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide operational assistance to production practices and address issues while recommending areas for enhancement.
• Monitor, review, troubleshoot, and rectify EDI problems, implementing necessary changes to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct tests on production applications and create recovery protocols for those applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Analyze business processes, ensuring adherence to controlled processes as per established guidelines.
• Monitor alerts and escalate issues concerning procedures and systems as necessary.
• Assist with training materials and support fellow team members as required.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues across departments.
• Collaborate as needed with various internal departments, including but not limited to Engineering, Sales, Client Support, Payer Relations, Trading Partners, and Channel Partners.
• Proactively communicate timely updates, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure accurate management of support tickets, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Security is everyone's responsibility. Stay vigilant and report any suspicious or unusual activities.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of EDI transaction types is preferred (X12 837D, 270/271, 835, XML, etc.).
• Fundamental knowledge of the following tools:
• Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
• UltraEdit and/or Notepad++
• CuteFTP - file transfer program
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook
• AI tools: Claude, Copilot, etc.
• Ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of DentalXChange processes and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in all (or specify which) MS Office applications and effective internet usage.
• Capability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects and functions.
• Ability to resolve practical issues and navigate a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
