EDI Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire EDI onboarding process, including implementation and ongoing maintenance.

• Act as the main liaison for trading partners and Value Added Network (VAN) providers.

• Organize and manage EDI testing workflows between internal systems, TrueCommerce, and trading partner VANs.

• Work in collaboration with third-party EDI providers (such as SPS Commerce and OpenText) as needed to ensure smooth data flow into TrueCommerce.

• Conduct and verify EDI transaction testing for various documents, including: 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (PO Acknowledgment), 856 (Advance Ship Notice - ASN), 846 (Inventory Advice), 810 (Invoice), and 997 (Functional Acknowledgment).

• Confirm that the ERP-to-VAN integration is operational by validating mapping and automation processes, ensuring seamless document flow from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to TrueCommerce Trading Partner VAN.

• Configure and maintain packing and shipping labels within TrueCommerce in compliance with trading partner requirements, adhering to SSCC / UCC-128 standards.

• Support the setup and configuration of various packing slip formats within TrueCommerce.

• Create and sustain automation processes for exporting packing slips and related documents into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Use TrueCommerce Mapping Manager to oversee and update EDI mappings internally, thus minimizing dependence on external VAN support.

• Identify and resolve EDI, mapping, and data flow issues across different systems.

• Collaborate with TrueCommerce integration specialists to implement and enhance solutions.

• Monitor ongoing EDI performance and proactively address any discrepancies.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of mappings, workflows, and specific partner requirements.

• Proficient in configuring SSCC / UCC-128 labeling.

• Experience working with SPS Commerce and OpenText environments through trading partner integrations.

• Background in retail, wholesale, or supply chain operations.

• Strong technical skills related to data structures, file formats, and system integrations.
