This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The EDI Coordinator will oversee the management of discrepancy reports associated with 834 file feeds.

• Evaluate daily carrier reports and sort through member and technical discrepancies.

• Investigate issues and escalate them to the carrier, broker, and/or initiate a technology case.

• Address system-related inquiries from various companies that offer multiple benefit plans and tiers.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits is required, with a solid understanding of all plan types and the relationship between brokers and human resources.

• Previous experience working with online benefit administration for at least two (2) years is essential, preferably with platforms such as Employee Navigator, Ease Bswift, Plansource, or Zenefits.

• Candidates must be analytical and detail-oriented.

• Excellent customer service skills and adaptability are a must.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at a fast pace with minimal errors is required.
