EDI Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, coordinate, and manage essential process enhancements for internet-based EDI implementations.

• Engage in the design and evaluation of new applications and EDI integration strategies.

• Address EDI inquiries from providers and internal departments.

• Consult with users to identify operational procedures and clarify program objectives.

• Generate documentation that covers program development, logic, coding, work instructions, and corrections.

• Interpret user manuals that outline operating procedures.

• Install, coordinate, and troubleshoot EDI-related products.

• Define and execute EDI system backup and recovery procedures.

• Conduct data audits and implement quality control measures.

• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and technologies, including firewalls, to ensure the security of the EDI system.

• Maintain a customer service survey rating of at least 4.5 out of 5.

• Transmit all EDI communications and address any transmission failures.

• Facilitate improvements in EDI processes.

• Implement and adjust new trading partner configurations.

• Report directly to the Director of Oracle Applications.

• Collaborate closely with Order Management and Finance teams, end users, subject matter experts, EDI VAN partners, and retail customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 8 years of combined education and experience in IT Analysis and EDI Systems.

• Extensive experience in EDI mapping.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding X12, VICS, UCS, XML, Tradacom, and Edifact specifications.

• Oracle e-Business Suite and SQL experience is advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented and self-driven.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to define and execute suitable test scenarios to validate system solutions.

• Ability to influence and garner support from key stakeholders.
