This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Develop and implement quarterly joint business plans and co-selling strategies to enhance sourced pipeline results within the partner portfolio.
• Oversee the sourced pipeline on a weekly basis, ensuring forecast discipline and collaborating with Sales Directors on pipeline commitments and optimistic outlooks.
• Create detailed partner-level pipeline tracking and measure the effects of activation on pipeline growth.
• Promote strategic enhancements in pipeline coverage and present data-driven, cost-effective growth strategies to executive leadership.
• Proven experience in partner ecosystems, co-selling initiatives, or revenue-generating strategic alliances.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) and a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives across both internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in data modeling, KPI development, and the creation of reports/dashboards to convert insights into strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with Python for conducting statistical and scoring analyses (preferred).
