This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the top of the funnel for Beacon Network membership. Establish the baseline, set quarterly goals, and determine the channel mix to enhance the active member count across exchanges, financial institutions, wallet providers, and related compliance/risk teams.
• Manage the engagement loop: contributed signals, consumed signals, member-to-member introductions, peer roundtables, and member-led content. Define the rhythm for member success initiatives (onboarding, monthly value reports, quarterly business reviews).
• Execute Beacon Network's category visibility strategy: industry events, peer roundtables, partner co-marketing efforts, analyst engagement, and category content creation. Utilize AI as the primary approach for event briefs, content drafting, and partner research.
• Serve as the sole human source of member feedback for the Beacon Network product/partnerships team. Conduct a weekly product-feedback cycle and transform field signals into actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the Chainabuse Growth Lead (a sister role) and the wider Marketing organization to coordinate shared community platforms, joint events, and consistent category positioning.
• Function as a solo operator. Brief contractors and utilize AI resources, execute tasks swiftly, eliminate ineffective strategies, and report clearly to Marketing leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least one role focused on scaling an enterprise member network, industry consortium, or B2B community based on measurable criteria.
• A proven public-facing track record: members you have acquired, networks you have expanded, events you have organized, and communities you have built.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI. Comfortable using AI tools daily for content creation, research, outreach, event briefs, and analytics.
• Credibility in compliance/fraud/risk domains (or a solid plan to establish it). Comfortable interacting with compliance, financial crime, and risk leaders at exchanges, financial institutions, and wallet providers.
• Proven experience running peer roundtables, executive dinners, or industry event programs end-to-end without a dedicated Events team.
• Able to work as a solo operator. Brief creative resources, execute quickly, and take ownership of metrics.
• Bonus: Experience in crypto, financial crime, AML, fraud, or security domains. Bonus: Previous operating experience with ISAC/ISAO or industry consortiums.
• Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
