This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of customized ecosystem marketing strategies, utilizing insights and market trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the Mantle Ecosystem.
• Deploy tracking systems to evaluate and analyze the success of ecosystem marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and engagement approaches.
• Perform regular assessments and analyses of campaign performance, identifying significant trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement to boost campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Promote strong collaboration and alignment between regional and global teams, acting as a conduit between global stakeholders and internal departments to ensure the cohesive execution of ecosystem marketing efforts.
• Design marketing and amplification campaigns and coordinate go-to-market strategies for ecosystem expansion.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in ecosystem marketing, partnership management, or similar roles, with a proven history of success in global cryptocurrency markets.
• A comprehensive understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural subtleties.
• Must be located in the EU or US Timezone.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering and maintaining relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including key leaders of protocols, industry influencers, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the capacity to utilize analytics tools and platforms to enhance campaign performance and achieve business results.
• Proven leadership skills, characterized by a proactive and collaborative approach to fostering cross-functional alignment and attaining shared objectives.
