Ecosystem Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as an internal leader to spearhead growth initiatives and campaigns.

• Perform research across the Web3 landscape to pinpoint appropriate projects for development within the Injective ecosystem.

• Develop growth strategies for both current and potential products and partnerships.

• Collaborate across various teams to assist in building product pipelines and formulating launch strategies.

• Conduct competitive analyses and ongoing research pertaining to Injective’s business topics and market dynamics.

• Cultivate new relationships and maintain existing ones with partners and community leaders.

• Participate in industry events and hackathons to enhance Injective's visibility.

• Update senior leadership on new initiatives and progress directly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in DeFi, preferably from a layer one or a major DeFi protocol.

• Extensive knowledge of Web3 and a broad network within the industry.

• Possess an analytical and inquisitive mindset.

• Must be proficient in English.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Quick learner with the capability to work independently.
