Ecosys Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set up and configure the Hexagon EcoSys platform for clients.

• Tailor EcoSys modules to align with client specifications and business needs.

• Integrate EcoSys with various enterprise systems and data sources.

• Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations utilizing EcoSys tools.

• Write and optimize scripts and queries to improve the functionality of the EcoSys platform.

• Conduct testing (including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, etc.) and facilitate data migration before the launch.

• Offer technical support to end-users and administrators.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with the EcoSys platform.

• Develop and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training resources.

• Facilitate training sessions for end-users and administrators to promote effective usage of the EcoSys platform.

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources for EcoSys implementations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project results.

• Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks.

• Ensure the EcoSys platform remains up-to-date, secure, and operational.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and system improvements.

• Keep abreast of the latest features and updates of the EcoSys platform and related technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 4 years of experience with the EcoSys software.

• Strong grasp of project management principles and methodologies.

• Proficient in scripting languages (such as SQL, JavaScript) and data integration tools.

• Experience in report writing and dashboard development.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
