• Assist in enhancing and streamlining product listings across various eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Coupang, and Naver.
• Track digital shelf visibility, product discoverability, and conversion metrics.
• Discover opportunities to bolster online presence and improve marketplace performance.
• Evaluate consumer feedback, sales metrics, traffic, and marketplace analytics to pinpoint trends and actionable insights.
• Convert findings into strategic recommendations for content optimization and performance enhancement.
• Generate reports and disseminate insights to internal stakeholders.
• Aid in the improvement of PDP content such as product titles, descriptions, visuals, and key selling propositions.
• Collaborate with regional and local partners to enhance content across APAC markets.
• Ensure that content is in line with platform best practices and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to facilitate eCommerce initiatives.
• Oversee timelines, communication, and execution for multiple projects.
• Foster alignment between marketing, content, and marketplace efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, marketplace operations, or similar positions.
• Practical experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Coupang, or Naver.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret marketplace or consumer data.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational skills and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
