This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Lead the execution of seasonal, campaign, and promotional launches on the HOKA North America ecommerce platform.
• Ensure the timely and precise delivery of digital assets.
• Oversee site content management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Take ownership of imagery management and submit requirements for launches.
• Coordinate and monitor imagery projects and deliveries in collaboration with production teams.
• Develop wireframes for site content to facilitate launches and promotions.
• Organize imagery for seasonal launches, ensuring assets are accurate, approved, and readily available.
• Manage and allocate merchandising content blocks across key Product Listing Pages (PLPs).
• Create and oversee Stylitics to enhance product presentation and availability.
• Aid in comprehensive site content planning from strategy and briefing through to execution and launch.
• Track and communicate site flip progress, while opening and managing development tickets.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for site flips, launches, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with development teams.
• Summarize and analyze campaign performance utilizing FullStory and other reporting tools.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify and suggest Google Analytics tagging requirements for custom site builds and enhancements.
• Maintain analytics dashboards to monitor ecommerce performance.
• Perform weekly audits of the Shop the Site feature to evaluate the customer journey, content accuracy, and site functionality.
• Benchmark global ecommerce experiences and assist in market and competitor research.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience in ecommerce or a related field.
• Experience with Cloudinary, Salsify or similar Product Information Management tools, FullStory, and Edited is preferred.
• Required knowledge of web design, site functionality, digital marketing, and branded product environments.
• Awareness of trends in ecommerce and omnichannel retail.
• Intermediate knowledge of project management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in estimating and reporting with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Familiarity with footwear and apparel styles and materials.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee issues and provide recommendations.
• A mindset geared towards process optimization to enhance workflows for efficiency and scalability.
