E-commerce Sales & Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Execute the setup of all e-commerce pages, implement product discounts, and carry out digital marketing initiatives in accordance with team strategies and timelines.

• Analyze performance and sales metrics to effectively merchandise the website, highlighting top-performing and relevant products.

• Develop homepages, collections, product pages, and print-on-demand site comps with precision and timeliness.

• Establish sales and discounts accurately and within the designated schedule.

• Evaluate and maintain product pages, including descriptions, tags, and other details, to enhance SEO.

• Compose product and marketing content following platform and SEO best practices.

• Configure emails, social media content, and paid advertisements using approved text and visuals.

• Track site performance metrics and issues; relay insights and suggestions to the Ecommerce/Marketing team.

• Identify functions, tools, applications, processes, and opportunities to streamline setup and minimize manual labor.

• Collaborate with Technology and Supply Chain teams to facilitate Shopify-integrated systems.

• Work alongside Supply Chain to ensure product availability and accurate status updates for new product launches.

• Maintain, review, and update processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assist other departments, special projects, temporary workload surges, and short-term business needs as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in Google Suite.

• Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform (preferred).

• Familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform (preferred).
