This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of and oversee the company’s landing page ecosystem across various acquisition channels.
• Implement and enhance a data-driven landing page testing framework, which includes performance monitoring, winner identification, and the application of insights gained.
• Create, launch, and refine new landing page systems for emerging acquisition channels, particularly in Native Advertising.
• Collaborate with media buyers, creative teams, and copywriters to design landing page experiences that maximize conversions.
• Spearhead ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts through testing, analysis, and experimentation.
• Identify conversion hurdles and apply enhancements based on performance analytics.
• Establish and improve landing page processes, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Oversee external or internal copywriters and maintain a consistent flow of high-performing landing page concepts.
• Analyze key performance indicators such as ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and funnel efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison between landing page production, paid media teams, and creative partners.
• Demonstrated experience in building, managing, or optimizing performance-oriented landing pages and sales funnels.
• Strong expertise in DTC, direct-response marketing, performance marketing, or conversion rate optimization.
• Proven experience in conducting A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• Comprehensive understanding of landing page strategy, user psychology, customer journeys, and conversion principles.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance metrics and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Experience collaborating closely with paid acquisition teams (Meta, Native, Google, or similar platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written communication and copy evaluation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven.

• Familiarity with DACH markets.
• Knowledge of Native Advertising platforms.
• Experience overseeing copywriters or creative teams.
• Familiarity with Shopify and associated ecommerce technologies.
