eCommerce Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Transform a wireframe and accompanying text into an aesthetically pleasing, high-converting landing page.

• Leverage your UX/UI expertise and understanding of conversion principles to create designs that facilitate customer decision-making, rather than simply presenting the copy as it is.

• Exhibit independent thinking. If a brief indicates "the customer is uncertain whether this product addresses their injury," you should intuitively know how to visually address that concern without explicit instructions on placement.

• Operate in a two-step process: initially create a mockup (using tools like Figma or Claude Design) for approval, followed by building the live page using our landing page builder (Replo).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Digital Design.

• More than 3 years of experience designing for ecommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

• Strong ability to convert text and wireframes into effective designs.

• Deep understanding of customer psychology to design solutions that alleviate doubts and uncertainties.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in building with Replo (or similar tools) and resolving your own technical issues.

• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Ability to think independently — for instance, take raw customer feedback from surveys and revise the landing page to address concerns without needing explicit directions on what to change.
