• Take responsibility for the site's performance and the strategy and execution of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Formulate testing hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and apply insights using tools like Optimizely, Convert, or similar platforms.
• Spot opportunities to enhance conversion rates, customer experience, and engagement on the site.
• Examine ecommerce performance data and provide insights to guide optimization efforts.
• Oversee the maintenance and updating of product detail pages (PDPs) across the ecommerce platform.
• Manage the introduction of new products and guarantee accurate, optimized product displays.
• Direct the site merchandising strategy to ensure that key products are prominently featured.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer teams to align the ecommerce experience with wider business goals.
• 3–6 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably within a DTC beauty or wellness brand.
• Practical experience with CRO and A/B testing tools.
• Strong proficiency with Shopify in managing daily ecommerce operations.
• Familiarity with GA4 ecommerce analytics and reporting.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is advantageous.
• Preferred experience with TikTok Shop related to merchandising functions.
