This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee the management of Shopify SKUs, tagging, collections, product pages, navigation, internal linking, and image quality assurance.
• Facilitate conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts by pinpointing friction points within the buyer's journey.
• Assist in updating landing pages and ongoing site enhancements.
• Collaborate with external developers on technical Shopify tasks as required.
• Monitor performance metrics using Shopify Analytics, GA4, Pinterest Analytics, and Klaviyo.
• Compile weekly reports that encompass traffic, conversion rates, add-to-cart statistics, email performance, and product metrics.
• Analyze trends, recognize opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Aid in the execution of Klaviyo campaigns, including segmentation, list management, and basic automation flows.
• Support initiatives for subscriber growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Offer reporting and optimization suggestions for email performance.
• Contribute to content ideation, creative concept development, and story pillar establishment.
• Assist in the execution of content across Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Identify opportunities to enhance traffic, engagement, email growth, and conversion metrics.
• Execute basic SEO recommendations for product, collection, and blog pages.
• Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking strategies.
• Support agency-led blog execution and ensure quality and alignment with branding standards.
• Provide light assistance for customer inquiries and questions regarding orders and shipping.
• Maintain FAQs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal documentation.
• Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
• Practical experience with Shopify, including product management, collections, and basic site operations.
• Proficient in Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation flows.
• Familiarity with GA4 for tracking traffic and conversion metrics, as well as reporting.
• Experience with Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok for content scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Understanding of ecommerce reporting, SEO basics, and content creation workflows.
• Experience with Canva or a similar tool for basic creative asset support.
