ECommerce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a consultant to our clients, providing guidance in various forms. They may be uncertain about the appropriate actions to take or may have issues they are unaware of.

• Utilize your extensive eCommerce knowledge and understanding of successful strategies employed by Klar’s clients to advise them on the best courses of action.

• Conduct data audits for clients, delving into their data to identify patterns and insights they may have overlooked, and present your findings with improvement suggestions for their business.

• Influence the evolution of our product by assisting clients in resolving their challenges; you will know precisely how our product should be enhanced.

• In this role, collaborate closely with our product teams to shape the development roadmap, define features, and engage in the QA process for new features to ensure they meet expectations.
