This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

• Take responsibility for SKU setup, taxonomy, and attribute governance across all eCommerce platforms.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data across various systems.

• Oversee complex product variations, including size, color, bundles, and multipacks.

• Maintain and enhance product content within PIM/DAM systems, such as Salsify and Syndigo.

• Collaborate with marketing to create and improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and attributes.

• Work alongside marketing teams to implement exemplary A+ content strategies.

• Utilize SEO and keyword strategies to boost discoverability and ranking.

• Conduct content testing and refinement to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.

• Lead content syndication efforts across retailers using platforms like Salsify or Syndigo.

• Manage content submissions and resolve issues within retailer eCommerce platforms.

• Liaise with support teams at Amazon and other leading retailers to troubleshoot catalog and operational challenges.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure product content aligns with business objectives and new product launches.

• Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising strategies.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing digital merchandising or catalog management with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon’s catalog systems and operational processes.

• Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and familiar with digital asset management tools and PIM systems.

• Some experience with data retrieval in ERP and PIM systems (such as SAP/Salsify).

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
