This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee daily operations of the marketplace and e-commerce platforms
• Track sales, profit margins, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Strategize and manage commercial campaigns along with the promotional calendar
• Refresh listings, product details, pricing, and inventory across platforms
• Evaluate metrics and propose actions to enhance sales and profitability
• Create management reports and develop monitoring dashboards
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service departments
• Spot opportunities for growth and improvements in operations
• Assist in automation and optimization of processes
• Completion of high school education
• Background in e-commerce or marketplace operations (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, B2W, Magalu)
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Intermediate to Advanced level)
• Skills in KPI management, organization, and planning
• Experience with Paid Traffic or CRM tools (RD Station, HubSpot, Kenlo) is preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing or digital retail environments
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Hub is preferred
• A proactive approach, excellent communication abilities, strategic mindset, and results-driven orientation
• Monthly meal allowance of R$ 250.00
