This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Oversee a portfolio of e-commerce clients, fostering long-lasting relationships.

• Spearhead client onboarding and the setup of Shopify stores.

• Set up Shopify stores, which includes managing products, collections, navigation, shipping, taxes, and payment gateways.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee successful project execution.

• Offer strategic advice to clients regarding Shopify best practices.

• Diagnose store issues and suggest effective solutions.

• Track account performance and pinpoint areas for growth and improvement.

• Provide regular updates to clients and maintain transparent communication throughout each project.

• Ensure that projects are finalized on schedule and meet high-quality standards.

• Prior experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Project Manager in an e-commerce setting.

• Practical experience in setting up and configuring Shopify stores from inception to completion.

• Solid understanding of Shopify themes, applications, and store configurations.

• Experience in managing multiple client accounts at the same time.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to cultivate trusted relationships with clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
